This is a big trip and a long day for both athletes and parents - be prepared!

We recommend arranging carpools for the day - please contact your coaches and/or team parents if you need support with this (see team parent contacts below).

Food around the Lake Natoma area is somewhat limited (McDonalds and Subway are about the only close-by options), so plan accordingly.

Our family hospitality area will be set up near/next to our race day (athlete food) station. Come and grab a name tag and a snack.
